Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Admin Assistant to support our Production Planning and Control (PPC) department. The role involves assisting with production planning, scheduling, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective operations. Job Responsibilities: Plan and manage weekly production schedules, release work orders, and ensure timely shipment deliveries according to customer requirements. Coordinate with various departments such as purchasing, engineering, logistics on outsourcing costs, equipment maintenance schedules, and delivery arrangements. Create, monitor, and maintain production schedules to ensure project deadlines are met. Monitor and coordinate timely arrival of materials and goods to support project timelines. Liaise with project and production departments on all material planning matters. Coordinate with external vendors on outsourced jobs and ensure timely completion and delivery. Support and contribute to both departmental and organizational objectives. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
