About the role

The Reward Manager is responsible for the consistent application of Nomad Foods' reward standards across the organisation, working in close partnership with HR and the wider business. You'll lead or support the design and implementation of a range of compensation programmes, ensuring effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Key accountabilities Job Evaluation, Benchmarking & Reward Standards Lead job evaluation and benchmarking for assigned areas, including salary survey submissions (e.g. Mercer) Champion understanding of job architecture and reward principles across HR and the wider business Provide guidance on off-cycle decisions (job changes, salary adjustments, retention plans) Ensure recommendations align with commercial priorities and business context Reward Programme Design & Implementation Support the Head of Reward in designing and delivering reward programmes, with a focus on incentives Conduct market analysis, modelling and benchmarking to inform decisions Prepare materials and insights for senior governance forums (e.g. Exec / RemCo) Global Mobility Oversee global mobility activity with support from external vendors (tax, immigration) Ensure compliance, risk management and cost control while enabling business needs Reward Operations (Annual Cycle) Support delivery of the annual reward cycle (salary review, bonus, LTIP administration) Partner with HR and the business on data validation, communications and training
