Co Enterprise is a Singapore-based marketing agency with over 12 years of experience specializing in the F&B industry. We help brands grow through social media marketing, food photography, branding, menu design, and content creation. Our portfolio includes working with over 300 F&B brands, from hawkers and cafés to established restaurant chains. Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to manage content creation, social media campaigns, and client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content production, and helping brands grow online.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Strategy
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Research industry trends and social media best practices
• Prepare social media proposals and content strategies for clients
• Content Creation
• Assist in photography and videography shoots
• Create engaging TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu content
• Write captions and develop content angles that drive engagement
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce content
• Social Media Management
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
• Monitor account performance and engagement
• Prepare monthly reports and performance insights
• Client Management
• Liaise with clients on content requirements and approvals
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to brief
• Project Coordination
• Manage shoot schedules and logistics
• Prepare creative briefs for internal production teams
• Coordinate timelines between clients, designers, and content creators

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Have a portfolio of content, social media accounts, or creative projects
