Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and operational projects to ensure "on time in full" delivery by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and factories.

- What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering preferred)
- MBA or APICS Certification preferred
- 1 year experience in Supply Chain (Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics) or in R&D with new product development exposure
- Strong project management skills (MS Project, MS Office)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and operational processes
- Strong communication, cross‑functional leadership, and problem‑solving abilities-essential for success in this high‑visibility, career‑accelerating role
