Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify leads in collaboration with marketing

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong German language skills
  • Confidence engaging customers via phone and email, including cold calling
  • Previous telesales or junior sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
  • Comfortable using online research tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team
  • Strong administrative skills and adaptability under pressure

Job Summary As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key part in generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate CRM data. You will work closely with both Marketing and Sales to ensure a strong, well-managed pipeline of new business opportunities. Written and verbal business English and German language skills are required. Hours of work and location Our team works Monday - Friday, either 7.00am - 4.00pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm. We would require the candidate to occasionally work outside of office hours, primarily to communicate with colleagues in Australia and the US. Ability to travel within the EMEA region periodically.
