RPA UI Path Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process SMEs and stakeholders to understand process requirements and align with the automation opportunities.
• Design, develop and deploy scalable and robust RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Create technical documentation, including design documents and other process documentation.
• Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with automation standards.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA solutions, identifying, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with existing applications such as SAP and other systems & technologies. Excel and SAP automations is very key.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 4 years and not more than 7 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 2 years and not more than 3 years of proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using UiPath with a strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
• UiPath Certification is mandatory
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET and familiarity with SQL databases
• SAP automation experience will be a key requirement
• Action Center oriented automation expertise and knowledge in Macros will be an addon
• Basic Python programming skills will be an addon
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• An Experienced RPA Developer proficient in UiPath and will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Automation workflows using UiPath to streamline enterprise level business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
