Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manag e operational activities including priorities through supervisors
• Minimiz e operational expenditures (e.g., CPWUs) in cost centers
• Overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
• Provid e coaching and mentoring for team, driving for operational results
• Ensur e team adheres to established policy and procedures
• What you will need to have:
• 3+ years' experience in operations/production environment required
• 2+ years of previous management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, military, or education required
• What would be great to have:
• A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
• 1 2+ months Production/Warehouse Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
• A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
• Important info about this role:
• You will work an assigned schedule of 1st shift Mon-Fri
• Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
• Salary Range
• $75,000.00-$104,000.00
• These pay ranges apply to employees in Minnesota. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
