Requirements
- Associate degree in Dietetic Technology or a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science or Nutrition is required (registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration is not required).
- Employees at Residential or Inpatient sites must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to drive.
- One year of clinical or public health experience preferred.
- Previous eating disorder experience is preferred.
- Additional Requirements:

- Employees at residential or inpatient sites in North Carolina or Georgia are required to have a current CPI certification within 30 days of hire
- ServSafe Food Handler certification required
- Workplace Environment:
- Standing 60-65% and Sitting 35-40%
- Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping or crouching when appropriate, on occasion
- Lift, carry, push or pull up to approx. 40 pounds (supplies, etc.)

Position Overview Works closely with clients, their families, and staff (registered dietitians, therapists, culinary services, and frontline team members). Acts as liaison for the registered dietitian and culinary services to support the execution of registered dietitian prescribed diet orders/meal plans. Utilizes knowledge of nutrition principals to provide basic nutrition education to clients and culinary services. Assists the registered dietitian and basic culinary support as needed. Schedule Full Time, 0.8 FTE (32hrs/wk), working Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 2:00pm
