Key Responsibilities Creator Discovery & Scouting: Proactively identify emerging and mid-tier creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Kick, Twitch, and X. Spot viral talent early before they become mainstream. High-Volume Outreach & Pitching: Run a disciplined, highly personalized outreach pipeline. Reach out to creators and talent managers daily, crafting compelling pitches that make them want to partner with us. Deal Negotiation & Relationship Management: Lead partnership discussions, align on expectations, and serve as the main, trusted point of contact throughout the entire creator lifecycle. Pipeline & CRM Architecture: Maintain flawless records of creator communications, contract statuses, and pipeline activity within our CRM and internal tracking tools. Speed and organization are critical to success here. Campaign Activation & Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure creator campaigns launch on time, briefs are followed, and content goes live seamlessly. Trend Analysis & Algorithmic Scouting: Stay at the absolute absolute forefront of internet culture, gaming communities, memes, and changing social algorithms to continuously bring fresh faces into our ecosystem. The Hunter Mentality: Ambitious, highly motivated, and relentlessly proactive. You don't wait for leads; you go out and find them. Elite Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication. You know how to talk to 19-year-old streamers and corporate talent agents alike, building instant trust and authority. Sales or Partnership Background: Proven experience in a high-volume, relationship-driven role such as influencer marketing, outbound sales, recruitment, account management, or business development. Flawless Organization: You can manage a pipeline of 50+ creators simultaneously at various stages of outreach, negotiation, and activation without letting details drop. Internet Culture Fluency: Deep, authentic obsession with social media trends, streaming culture, gaming/eSports, and digital communities. You know who is trending and why. Startup Adaptability: Comfortable moving fast, taking feedback in real-time, and shifting strategies as algorithms change. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with gaming streamers, digital talent agencies, or content networks.
