- Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plant maintenance experience in a regulated good manufacturing practice environment.
- Prior experience supervising or coordinating maintenance activities within a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system components.
- Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments with strict quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency using computerized maintenance management systems, building management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to interpret technical documents including process and instrumentation diagrams, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments as required.
- Desirable Requirements
- Experience supporting aseptic fill and finish operations and associated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
- Experience working in radiopharmacy or radioactive materials environments, including completed training in radioactive or hazardous materials and familiarity with radiation detection equipment support.

- The salary for this position is expected to range between $93,800 and $174,200 per year.
- The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
