Project Engineer (Stone & Tiling / Finishing Works)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution
• Support the Project Manager in supervising site operations and managing project teams
• Oversee logistics coordination and daily operational movement on-site
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, correspondence, and site records
• Handle defects rectification, troubleshooting, and improvement works for completed projects
• Interpret technical drawings and utilize AutoCAD for project coordination and execution
• Monitor project timelines, workmanship quality, and site progress with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture
• 3 years of project engineering experience in Stone & Tiling Works
• Experience in finishing works within the construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings confidently

Additional Information

Project Engineer (Stone & Tiling / Finishing Works) Basic Salary up to SGD 4,500 + Performance Bonus Direct Site Deployment (Central Singapore) 6-Day Work Week, 8:30am - 5:30pm
