As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Junior Social Media Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. What Will Your Role Be We're looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who actively creates content, understands what performs on TikTok and Instagram, and wants to shape how a fashion e-commerce brand shows up in culture. This is a fixed-term position (parental leave cover approx. 1 year) with real ownership from day one - from idea to execution - stepping into an established role and keeping our social media channels running at full speed. You can work hybrid from our offices in Berlin or Leipzig What You´ll Do Conceptualize, produce, and edit social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including short-form video and occasional on camera participation. Contribute trend-and format-driven content ideas and translate them into brand-relevant posts and campaigns. Manage content planning and scheduling across all channels, ensuring a consistent and timely publishing cadence. Own day-to-day channel operations: asset preparation, caption writing, hashtag research, and publishing via Planoly and native platforms. Coordinate with copy and design colleagues to brief and deliver content for upcoming posts and campaigns. Collaborate with the social, creative, and influencer teams on larger campaign productions and brand events. Manage community: monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all channels. Track content performance regularly and share relevant insights to inform content decisions What You´ll Bring Experience in social media, content creation, or a related role-agency, brand, or strong personal portfolio Strong hands-on knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including formats, trends, and platform dynamics Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks); CapCut or similar required. Confident and fluent use of Canva for post and story design is a must. Solid copywriting skills - you can write captions that are on-brand, clear, and native to the platform A good eye for aesthetics and what makes content feel on-brand Organized and reliable - comfortable owning recurring workflows and hitting deadlines independently Confident and proactive, both behind and in front of the camera. Curiosity for internet culture, trends, and emerging formats. Fluency in German (spoken and written) and strong English skills.
