About the role

In this position you will serve as a Supervisor in the IT System Section, Business Operations Branch, Management and Operations Division for the United States Fire Administration. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Leading or managing IT programs or projects that involve planning, coordinating, and/or evaluating IT initiatives; and Providing guidance and/or direction to teams or staff in the delivery of IT solutions or services; and Advising senior leadership and/or stakeholders on IT program priorities, resource management, or technology modernization; and Ensuring IT systems or initiatives comply with applicable policies, security standards, and/or performance requirements which experience may be demonstrated in a federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, or private sector environment In addition to the above specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
