Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Job Description: The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting a team of Business Development Officers that identify, market, and sell loan products to the small business and regional commercial marketplace. The Business Development Associate provides sales, deal analysis and process support to Business Development Officers in a defined region. In this position the Business Development Associate is well versed in all aspects of the front end and closing processes of the bank.
