  • Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 4,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Weekends and Singapore Public Holidays off
  • 13th Month Bonus upon completion of one year of service

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities Office Administration Oversee the daily operations of the Singapore office, including office administration, facilities management, office maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and inventory control. Maintain the company's fixed asset register, including asset tracking, allocation, and periodic stocktaking to ensure accurate records. Manage external service providers and vendors (e.g. office facilities, cleaning, maintenance, and other administrative services), including vendor selection, contract administration, performance monitoring, and periodic evaluation. Business Support Coordinate corporate reception and business hospitality arrangements, including visitor coordination, venue bookings, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. Organise internal and external meetings, including meeting room reservations, preparation of meeting materials and equipment, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items. Executive Support Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, correspondence, and coordination of ad hoc assignments.
