- Mindset: A pragmatic, hands-on team player who is ready to "roll up their sleeves" to deliver results
- Strategic clarity & growth track record: Demonstrated success in managing or advising on growth strategies within fast-paced industries, Able to develop actionable strategies in complex environments, translating disparate data points into compelling recommendations
- Team leadership: Previous experience managing an international team
- Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that build trust with C-level executives and international teams

Based in Singapore and reporting to the regional marketing leadership, you will own the marketing strategy, performance, and quality user growth across 3 brands and 15 markets, directly shaping how we allocate marketing spend to drive growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting with millions of customers and positioning Delivery Hero as a global market leader.
