Responsibilities

  • What experience you need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or client services.
  • Experience in managing contracts and applying logic to complex rule sets to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high-volume, flowing workload to meet strict project deadlines.
  • Able Following established standards and maintaining high-quality outputs in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office suite; English proficiency (B2+).
  • Strong grammatical, written, and verbal skills with the confidence to present solutions to internal teams.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.
  • Internal Candidates:
  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
