Join us as a Client Service Supervisor ETF Team Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Client Service Supervisor to join our ETF Operations Team. In this role you will be the escalation point for complex client inquiries, be responsible for high client service, PCF operations, and for managing a team. Some of your key responsibilities include: ETF Operations subject matter expertise is important for this role. You will be dealing with clients helping to resolve ETF Operations related inquiries as well as managing junior staff to ensure deadlines are being met. You will also be validating and analyzing NAV impacts in order to ensure that the ETF Portfolio Composition File (PCF) is calculated accurately on a nightly basis. Understanding corporate action processing and trade processing is relevant as well. To be Successful you'll need: Strong ETF/fund accounting background Understanding of Corporate Actions Have a risk mindset Excellent communication skills Excellent organization skills Balance best practice with practical solutions Strong technical ability

Requirements

  • Strong client service and relationship management skills
  • BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong fund accounting experience and knowledge.
  • ETF experience is a plus.
  • Managing or supervisory experience preferred
  • Salary Range
  • $65,000 - $90,000 base salary + annual target bonus
