Responsibilities

  • Prime Proposal Support
  • Manage and coordinate proposal development activities for public-sector A/E pursuits
  • Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and production plans

  • Systems & Process Support
  • Work within PSI's proposal systems and workflows, including:
  • SharePoint
  • pWin.ai
  • Monday.com CRM
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Help maintain proposal repositories, project sheets, and reusable content assets

Requirements

  • This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong proposal management discipline, attention to detail, responsiveness under deadline pressure, and comfort working across multiple simultaneous pursuits.
  • The consultant will work closely with:
  • PSI's Proposal Director
  • Technical Writer / Proposal Support Staff
  • Engineering SMEs
  • External teaming partners and primes
  • Required
  • 5+ years of A/E/C proposal management experience
  • Strong understanding of public-sector proposal processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting DOT, transit, municipal, planning, or infrastructure pursuits
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong editing, formatting, and quality-control capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and professional judgment
  • Preferred
  • APMP certification or Shipley training
  • Experience with transportation engineering or infrastructure consulting proposals
  • Familiarity with SharePoint-based proposal workflows
  • Experience using proposal automation or AI-enabled proposal tools
