- Excellent communication and assessment skills.
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance - must be an AU Citizen!

- Background in Naval Defence instructional roles or equivalent technical training positions.

As an Electronics/Communications Technician Instructor/Facilitator you will report to the CAE Senior Instructor. Utilising methods such as face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers, you will deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training including but not limited to: Naval Afloat and terrestrial Communications equipment Naval Electronic Equipment Naval Command and control systems. Your responsibilities include providing pre- and post-course support, conducting assessments, and generating reports.
