Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end legal recovery process, ensuring timely and accurate account handling, particularly for matters escalated to civil litigation. Manages the preparation of pleadings, monitors production flow, and ensures critical deadlines are met. Drives team performance through data analysis, process optimization, and accountability measures. Supports legal process training across multiple jurisdictions, maintain staffing levels in line with Company policies, and collaborates with leadership to implement strategic improvements and ensure operational efficiency. Productivity and Staffing Management: Maintains productivity standards by interpreting report and statistical data and assisting Leadership with developing strategies for improvement. Responsible for learning, training and monitoring legal processes for various states. Manages Production flow of legal processes to ensure timely filing and critical deadlines are met. Identifies causes of performance deficiencies within the team and executes improvement plans. Responsible for maintaining staffing levels that are consistent with company policies related to paid time off requests and make-up time. Responsible for analyzing data for the team and individual performance. Holds team members accountable for individual performance and improvement. Monitors team adherence to account data accuracy and coding standards. People Management: Enables an environment of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and teamwork. Establishes and maintains an environment that encourages teamwork and individual efforts. Maintains a professional demeanor with employees, visitors, guests and vendors. Maintains desired employee retention levels through employee development and engagement. Promotes site-wide team collaboration and models exemplary internal and external customer service. Maximizes the performance of Clerks/Vendors through actively identifying development needs and deploying the appropriate coaching technique. Directs, guides and influences staff through effective communication, email messages and team meetings at all levels. Prepares, documents, and delivers performance reviews for assigned team members; completes and administers disciplinary actions to team members as needed. Responsible for guiding team members through problems that arise. Champions and actively participates in Company initiatives and processes, change events, volunteer events, diversity equity and inclusion initiatives, engagement activities Compliance Management: Identifies violations of regulatory or other company policies; conducts retraining or disciplinary requirements as consistent with company policy; notifies leadership of acts that may result in litigation and works directly with the compliance department as needed. Engages in regular calibration with Leadership to ensure consistent application of compliant practices within organizational responsibility; assists leadership with identifying department wide trends and determining appropriate action. May engage in cross-functional calibration meetings. Promotes customer service, ethical standards, and exceptional business practices. Ensures company policies and procedures are enforced accurately, timely and consistently. Conducts audits and remediation of audits. Professional Experience and Qualifications: Associates Degree with a Paralegal Certification Minimum of 1 year of leadership and problem solving with legal experience 1 - 3 years supervisory experience (required) 1 - 3 years of high volume processing (preferred) Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA required Ability to interpret legal documents and terminology Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Salary Range: $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
