Responsibilities
- Maintain product/stock codes in relevant software including liaison with suppliers.
- Raise Purchase Orders as required.
- Maintain office stock levels for stationery and amenities.
- Assist at wharf as required for ship turnarounds.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Experience with freight logistics.
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Attaché & Helm Martime Operations programs desirable
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to perform tasks autonomously and be a team player
- Eligibility to apply for Maritime Safety Identification Card
- Manual Driver's License
- Forklift License desirable.
