Finance Supervisor

About the role

Audit daily revenue from Rooms, F&B, Banquets, and other hotel outlets. Verify Night Audit reports and ensure accurate revenue postings. Reconcile PMS, POS, credit card settlements, and other revenue sources. Review discounts, rebates, refunds, complimentary services, and rate variances. Prepare and circulate Daily Revenue Reports (DRR). Identify and resolve revenue discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with RHG financial policies, SOPs, and audit requirements. Support month-end closing and internal/external audits. Maintain accurate records and audit documentation. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. 2-4 years of experience in Income Audit or Hotel Finance. Knowledge of Opera PMS, POS systems, and MS Excel preferred.
