About the role
This position is responsible for managing four key goals: safety, downtime, budget, and overtime . Key Duties: Complete work orders and preventative maintenance. Supervise the designated maintenance/production crew. Track budgets and ensure product quality. Schedule maintenance crews and production orders. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other local/state regulations. Instruct employees on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Implement ergonomic improvements within the facility. Perform additional assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Resume must be submitted.
- Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Additional education, vocational training, or college coursework preferred.
- 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills required.
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance and supervision is a plus.
- Computer Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Travel:
- Some travel may be required for training purposes.
