- Experience you'll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy operations, or related business functions supporting operational execution and performance management.
- 8+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a business operations, program management, or cross-functional delivery environment.
- 10+ years of experience analyzing business performance, building reporting, and driving operational decisions using data, metrics, and structured business reviews.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives using reporting tools, spreadsheet modeling, presentation tools, and workflow management methods.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting SMS, payments, financial technology, or related regulated business environments.
- Experience with dashboard and reporting platforms used for operational performance tracking.
- Experience in annual planning, resource forecasting, or operational budgeting processes.
- Experience working with executive leadership on business reviews and operational prioritization.
- How you'll work:
