Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required
- Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS-specific contract concepts, including subscription models, SLAs, data processing agreements (DPAs), and indemnification and limitation of liability clauses
- Extensive experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume contract workload independently, with strong prioritization skills, problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both cross-functional internal stakeholders and customers, with the ability to translate complex contractual language into clear, business-friendly guidance
- Excellent formal drafting skills
- Nice-to-have skills:
- Expertise with Ironclad, including workflow configuration, template management, and playbook management
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) tools, and experience managing contracts in an integrated Salesforce-CLM environment
- Experience working with customers and colleagues outside the United States
