CAD Drafter (BIM / Revit & AutoCAD)

Requirements

• Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Possession of a Revit certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and AutoCAD drafting.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk Building Suite software, including Revit (Structure) and related tools.

Well Established Company Basic $ 2600 to $ 3600 Working location: Upp Thomson / Bishan-AMK area Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: Prepare Civil & Structural (C&S) drawings for authority submission and construction using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop and update BIM models in accordance with project requirements. Ensure drawings comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) BIM submission standards. Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes into drawings/models. Assist in preparation of structural documentation and detailing for submission and construction purposes. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality of all drafting outputs.
