Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and asset production for the department's performance advertising across major channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Continuously iterate on creative direction based on campaign data and conversion performance to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI
- Develop a deep understanding of finance and crypto, translating complex product propositions into compelling ad messaging
- Manage external vendors (creative agencies, production teams, KOLs/influencers), controlling output quality, timelines, and costs
- Track industry and competitor creative trends to deliver differentiated asset strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buying, design, and product teams to ensure efficient execution from concept to launch
- What We Look For In You
- Extensive experience in performance ad creative strategy and production, with a hands-on understanding of what makes assets scale
- Solid knowledge of finance and familiarity with the crypto/digital asset industry; personal investing experience is a strong plus , bringing a genuine user perspective
- Established network of external vendors, with proven vendor sourcing, vetting, and project management skills to coordinate timely delivery across multiple parties
- English proficiency sufficient for day-to-day communication and copywriting, comfortable working with cross-regional teams
- Data-driven mindset, able to quickly adjust creative hypotheses based on campaign feedback
- Sharp sense of market trends and user psychology, with strong creative storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Strong bilingual (English & Mandarin) ability
Requirements
- Advertising experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or brokerage industries
- AIGC design capabilities (hands-on experience with AI image/video generation tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Kling, etc.)
- Video editing skills, able to independently handle post-production of assets
