Job Description: Handle full recruitment process including drafting of Job Description, posting of job, shortlisting of candidates for interview, confirmation, and resignations Coordinate staff onboard and offboard matters - proper hand in/record of any company equipment possessed (keys, laptop etc.) Submission of Government Claims & Grants including statutory claims for NS/Maternity/Childcare leave/training grants within the governmental timeframe Report work-related accident and submit Incident Report & process work injury compensation claims Foreign workers (work permit) work pass application, issuance, and renewal (IPA, security bond & medical checkups) Workers' dormitory arrangements Monitor expiry dates and sign up for workers' SOC /Core Trade/Multi-skill/ Forklift Refresher courses etc. Ensure timely and accurate processing bimonthly payroll for workers, including update leave records, attendance taking, Computation & workers' loan deduction Assist with renewal for work injury compensation insurance and any other types of insurance Company registered motor vehicles related (renewal for vehicle's insurance, inspection & road tax) Maintenance/MOM PE examination for factory equipment (crane, air receiver & fire extinguisher etc.) Report work-related accident and submit Incident Report & process work injury compensation claims Factory SgMA Risk Audit and membership renewal (SCAL, Bizsafe) Job Requirements: Diploma in HR/Business Administration or other related field Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
