C.H. Robinson is seeking an EHS Program Manager - Energy to join our team. In this role you will provide guidance, development, training, resources, and technical expertise that supports all safety programs/projects for the C.H. Robinson Energy Vertical. You will serve as the network developer of safety programs and policies, and drive safety projects. You will be responsible for engaging all leadership with C.H. Robinson's safety vision and ensuring we are the leaders in safety development. In addition, you will be responsible for partnering with all departmental teams and execute company EHS policies, programs, projects, and ensure compliance to all applicable local, regional, and federal regulations. This role may be based in Oklahoma City, OK, Houston, TX, Odessa, TX or Midland, TX. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Possess a thorough understanding of local/regional/federal regulations and company policy Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable CH Robinson policies Develop and implement EHS programs/policies, and applicable training Lead EHS projects from conception to completion/result Maintain, sustain, and amend EHS programs/policies as needed Observe, inspect, audit our safety programs, and maintain tracking/trending KPI's Help and support our Learning/Training program Help and support our Food Safety program Drive ergonomic impacts and partner with observational programs
