Requirements
- Master's degree in special education, ABA, social work, or a related field
- BCBA certification or Pennsylvania special education teaching certification
- At least two years of experience in a lead role supporting students with learning or behavioral challenges
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance requirements
- Ability to collaborate, lead training, and build relationships with families and districts
