What you'll drive: Strategy & Media Planning Own the end-to-end media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs to ensure our brand is where our audience lives. Partner with the Marketing Manager to translate business goals into high-performing campaign structures and KPIs. Audit market trends and competitor movements to identify untapped opportunities in high-risk or niche B2B sectors. Execution & Optimization Ship data-driven ad placements, managing significant budgets with a relentless focus on ROI and efficient fund allocation. Measure real-time performance using GA4 and platform analytics, pivoting strategies instantly when data reveals a bottleneck. Scale winning campaigns while ruthlessly cutting underperforming spend to maintain a lean, high-impact engine.
