Rated 'Outstanding' in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement Investors in People - Platinum, which is the highest level of Investors in People accreditation Shortlisted for Investors in People UK Employer of the Year Award (Platinum 50-249 people) Rated the highest domains in all areas on the Headway ABI approved provider scheme Our Neuro Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. We are looking for a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive and love working in a positive, creative team. The role is based at our residential service in Holmewood, Chesterfield. The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work. We have excellent career development programmes and opportunities support you in your role, including a management training programme and staff awards.
