Roles & Responsibilities: - Report to Project Manager. - Assist Project Manager to ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications, within budget and time schedules. - Prepare Material Take offs, design calculation, project scheduling, equipment proposal, technical submission and drawing. - Tracking and updating status of submitted documents. - Coordinate, monitor & execute site activities. - Prepare Progress Reports and Claims. - Prepare Method Statement, Risk Assessments, Safe work procedure for various installation works. - Maintain ISO documentation & records. - Procurement, receiving & checking of items/equipment/services. - Oversees equipment installation works, resolving problems and upholding safety management. - Strict compliance with company and authorities' practices, policies, rules and regulations. - Liaise with clients/sub-contractors/project team, for their needs and requirements. - Attend all site / progress meetings. - Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
