As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as: Corporate Banking Associate Job Purpose As a Corporate Banking associate, you're responsible for supporting the Marketing Management & Analysis Team due to the temporary increase of workload which are out of the company's regular activities. Main Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Take part in the communication and coordination with Head Office and cross-border institutions. Support new policy/procedure initiations and follow up the progress. Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business performance analyses for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to support client acquisition and retention initiatives. Monitor key business metrics and support strategic planning activities. Coordinate with internal departments including Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Support with data accuracy, reporting consistency, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Technical Skills & Qualifications Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields. Working experience: 0-3 years Hard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Language: Written and spoken English is mandatory, and Mandarin is an additional advantage Soft Skills & Attributes Highly organized and detail orientated Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region. Extrovert with good analytical skills for corporate banking business. Committed, confident and determined, effective written and verbal communication skills in multi-language.
