- Supports pay equity analysis and ensures fair and inclusive compensation practices across employee groups.
- Stays updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance compensation frameworks.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 5 years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, BBA, B.Com or equivalent in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline).
- Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA (HR), PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent are preferred.
- Progress toward CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred or equivalent certifications relevant to compensation and benefits (e.g., certifications offered by WorldatWork or Indian HR bodies like SHRM India/CIPD).
