Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, with suppliers, vendors, distributors and customers to further business operations and objectives.
  • Evaluate and advise on complex commercial matters, including providing practical guidance on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Assist with analysis, advice and correspondence regarding pre-litigation matters falling within the scope of the role.
