About the role
Purpose: Assist payroll operations by guaranteeing adherence to statutory regulations and the prompt, precise processing of employee payments, including the submission and handling of government-related claims. To manage employee insurance and benefits in accordance with HR policies. Requirement Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant statutory requirements (such as CPF, IRAS, and MOM) Preferably experienced in managing government-paid leave schemes and statutory claims Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Times Software) is an advantage Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and maintaining confidentiality Highly organized with excellent skills in data management and documentation Capable of working independently while also collaborating well within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables
