Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (RN Extended Class) with curren t and unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO ) .
- Master's Degree with post-Master's NP certificate in NP-Adult or NP-Primary Health Care .
- Professional liability insurance.
- Membership in NPAO preferred.
- Experience in primary care, gerontology, dementia care, and/or complex care an asset.
