VP Finance

About the role

We're looking for a VP Finance to serve as the CFO's operational right hand - someone who can own the day-to-day finance function while also contributing strategically to how we scale the business. This is not a pure accounting role. You'll oversee close, compliance, and controls, but you'll also shape our financial systems architecture, lead a growing team across time zones, and be a key voice in decisions about new markets, deal structures, and capital allocation. Ai and technology is key to the role. You'll inherit a team of 6 (2 onshore, 4 offshore) and be expected to build it to 8-10 over the next 24 months. The offshore team handles day-to-day accounting operations; you'll manage the onshore leads and set priorities for the whole function.
