  • A bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
  • Availability for an 11:00 AM-7:30 PM schedule Monday-Friday (to be present when scholars are)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to meet College Track's driver clearance process
  • Spanish or Cantonese fluency is a bonus

We don't just help students get in; we help them stay, graduate, and thrive. Our scholars graduate college at three times the national average for first-generation students, and by age 30, they earn an average of $89,823 - well above the national median.
