Responsibilities

  • Lead or support planning, analysis, and execution of QA activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ensure that teams' work has clear acceptance criteria, developed/agreed on between members of the scrum teams.

  • Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust to changing project needs
  • Strong documentation and test planning abilities
  • High level of attention to detail

Requirements

  • Experience testing mobile-friendly interfaces
  • Experience with public sector systems and federal/state benefit programs
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner) or open-source equivalents
  • Leadership and mentoring experience in QA teams
  • Understanding of system architecture, integration points, and business process modeling
  • Understanding of Agile development processes

You will be responsible for executing thorough manual testing of web applications to ensure they meet functional requirements and real-world user needs. You will support complex testing efforts, collaborate across multiple project scrum teams, and may lead small- to mid-scale QA efforts with some guidance from senior staff.
