About the role
This position is located in Fleet & Family Readiness, Morale, Welfare & Recreation Department, Business Activities Division, Bowling Center, Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy. The purpose of this position is to plan and carry out a comprehensive bowling program to meet the needs of eligible patrons. Must be able to develop and enforce various controls and methods to prevent inventory shortages and losses. Must possess a knowledge of business management practices and methods to manage a small business or recreation facility. Knowledge of effective profit/loss accounting techniques and budget formation and execution. Must have knowledge of personnel programs, training methodology and effective supervisory techniques.
