Talent Acquisition Specialist up to $4000

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.
• Maintain a good candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Salary: $3000 - $4000 Location: Tuas (Company transport at Jurong East MRT) Working Hours Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm (WFH, standby only) Benefits: AWS & Performance Bonus & AL 14 days
