As Senior Manager, FP&A you will: Lead the annual operating budget process by partnering with business leaders to align financial targets with our corporate strategy Develop quarterly rolling financial forecasts to address market volatility and shifts in business strategy Lead budget and forecasting conversations with senior leadership Manage complex, driver-based financial models to forecast business performance under various scenarios Conduct deep-dive variance analyses to identify root causes of over or underperformance and present insights to business leaders Oversee the development of monthly financial review packages that highlight key performance indicators for the CFO and Board, turning data into clear narratives Leverage EPM software like Workday Adaptive to automate repetitive processes and enhance data integrity Partner with technical and non-finance groups to help them understand the financial implications of operational decisions Provide ROI and payback analysis on new business initiatives to ensure we are investing in the right areas for our customers Serve as a mentor and coach to junior analysts, fostering their professional development as the team grows You'll thrive in this role if: You've built driver-based financial models from scratch and you're still energized by getting into them, even after years of experience.
