Lab Operations & Sample Management Executive (Ubi) 📍 Location: Ubi (next to MRT) 💼 Industry: Laboratory / Testing Services We are looking for a highly organised and communicative individual to support laboratory operations, with a strong focus on sample management, inventory control, and customer coordination . This role is best suited for candidates with experience in customer care, coordination, or operations support , especially those comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling detailed tracking work. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor laboratory sample intake, tracking, and resolution of discrepancies Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors on sample collection, issues, and turnaround timelines Maintain and improve inventory management systems (FIFO, just-in-time usage) Track and report inventory cycle count accuracy, stock-outs, and sample discrepancies Support forecasting and tracking of lab expenditure and operational cost control Ensure accurate and timely billing of laboratory services Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with GxP, ISO/IEC 17025, and data integrity requirements Assist in SOP updates, audits, and compliance activities Participate in investigations (e.g. root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions) Support continuous improvement initiatives including digitisation and workflow optimisation Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company quality standards Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan| Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
