Senior Product Engineer - Process

About the role

Global Service Technology in Business Unit Welded and Circular Technologies has high priority with a clear growth strategy and focus on improving the customer experience. We now need to strengthen our central team with an additional resource, and this is why we are looking for YOU our next Senior Product Engineer , wher e you will play a crucial role in advancing our customer experience. Your key tasks will be: Support and execute FAT and commissioning of new installations. Expert troubleshooting on Evaporation plants. Training of our field service engineers and customers. Technical support (Remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations etc.) Work in close co-operation with the entire central Business Unit organization. Frequent contacts with our sales companies and directly with our customers regarding technical support, commissioning, and Evaporation traini . ng . Development of E vaporation service agreements . The position involves a large amount of travelling (approx. 140 days / year) sometimes on short notice.
