About the role
Defense Human Resource Agency's mission is to provide program support, information management, and administrative services to the DoW Components on human resource matters and to collect, archive, and provide management information, research, and analysis of human resources and other related functional area databases for the DoW. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): 1.Demonstrated experience in leading global IT operations and delivering results in the implementation of legislation, regulations, policies and procedures and their integration with complex DoW and Federal enterprise IT systems and applications. 2. Expert knowledge is required in identity/data management policy; privacy and freedom of information; and IT modernization, with expert knowledge in a wider range of areas to include some or all of the following: automated data files in DoW and the Federal Government; and military health care, education, and life insurance entitlements; program/financial management of complex IT. DoW Joint Enterprise-Wide Experience Statement: In addition, DoW requires an Enterprise Perspective. This individual must have the ability to apply a broad point of view and an awareness and understanding of individual or organizational responsibilities in relation to DoW or government-wide strategic priorities is required. Executives must demonstrate the ability to work with internal and external partners to support national security objectives.
