Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Modernizing information technology efforts to cloud, including conducting requirements elicitation, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and developing functional and non-functional requirements to guide system design and implementation. Applying and enforcing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance, integrating Development Security and Operations (DevSecOps) practices, and aligning system requirements and design activities with federal security and compliance frameworks such as the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF). Analyzing, defining, and managing systems integration and interoperability requirements, including interfaces, rules, and ensuring alignment with standards and security requirements. Engineering and architecture to design solution supporting system development, integration, and cloud modernization efforts. In addition to the above specialized experience, your resume must demonstrate one year of Information Technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
