We are currently looking for Sr. Engineering Specialist to join our team in Aguascalientes. A Day in the Life: Daily review of operational KPIs, including production, quality, OEE, scrap, and line downtime, while participating in Tier Meetings to establish priorities and ensure compliance with the production plan. Conduct Gemba walks to identify process deviations, provide immediate support for production and quality issues, and lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa. Analyze cycle times, line balancing, layouts, and material flow to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality teams to address critical issues, ensure equipment availability, and maintain uninterrupted production flow. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on capacity enhancement, scrap reduction, engineering changes, and process optimization. Develop executive reports and present project results, performance metrics, and action plans to management. Support production line operations through engineering projects and technical problem-solving activities. Drive technological innovation and automation improvements within manufacturing processes. Who We're Looking For Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or a similar position. Work Location: Onsite - Aguascalientes Components Plant (A1). Travel Availability: Up to 50%. English: Advanced proficiency.
